Phone directories only include certified businesses in their pages, making sure that what you call is not a shady, underground company. Try browsing through the buy-and-sell companies and phone them to inquire about their rates. When you call, provide them with as much information as you can about the car. They will request to view the car or ask you to drive it to their office for checking. Either way, make sure that the car is in good condition so they could give you the best value.
