The makers claim that they are “just as great, if not more effective, than eating a genuine meal”, which will, supposedly, speed up the fat reduction process.

They say they have greater amounts of protein, lower amounts of sugars / carbohydrates, ikaria lean belly ( lean belly ( as well as add in substances like BCAA’s, CLA, HMB, Creatine, Glutamine, so on and so forth.
