Made to Move – Exercise Is important for Optimal Health

Exercise can decrease you risk of heart disease, increase your energy levels, improve your mood as well as self confidence, improve the memory of yours, help you rest better, and slow down the aging process. And yet the majority of us still find a great deal of excuses to not exercise. This appears to be especially true in the church, where dedication to exercise is frequently mistaken for vanity. The truth is that Scripture encourages us to engage in physical exercise in exercise. Taking into consideration the many benefits of training, it’s apparent that God created us to be active, that we were created to Move.

Many customers are familiar with one Corinthians 6:10 20, in that the Apostle Paul exhorts us to care for the bodies of ours.

Although many have read this particular verse employed to teach that we ought to stay away from promiscuity, alcohol, tobacco and drugs, it is unusual that we’re taught that this verse isn’t simply a warning to stay away from these activities, but is an exhortation to be assertive in taking good care of the bodies of ours. We’ve got to make certain that we keep our bodies in good condition at all times. That means that we’re glorifying God both with the foods we eat to fuel the bodies of ours, but also that we are to engage in exercise that is physical. In fact, in his first letter to Timothy, Paul says:
